Our Pre-School is housed in our spacious open plan classrooms with direct access to our gardens and woodland area.
We have created an environment where children have flexibility but also challenge. By encouraging a free flow of movement and equipment the children can take responsibility for their learning, this along with well-qualified and knowledgeable adults will support them to achieve at their highest level. The children then develop exceptionally high self-esteem and a very strong sense of self, enabling them to make effective relationships and build the confidence they need to become successful learners.
We also focus on how children learn and the ways in which they engage with other people and their environment – playing and exploring, active learning, and creating and thinking critically – these underpin learning and development across all areas and support the children to remain effective and motivated learners.
